Без лишних раздумий, где можно достать эту деталь, да и вообще, с мыслями, что такое не делают, включил инженерное образование, довольно большой опыт моделирования и 3D печати, взял штангенциркуль, деталь и понеслась… ^_^
Встречал несколько разных размеров. Ни один не попал в оригинал.
Размеры шестерни:
Количество зубьев: 15;
Диаметр: 7мм;
Высота: 3.4мм (вместе с выступом);
Диаметр отверстия: 2мм;
Модуль: 0.4;
Замоделив деталь, долго подбирал параметры печати, т.к. и пластики разные есть и усадка у всех разная. В итоге получилось 1 в 1 по основным размерам. Единственное, более детально разобрав, как сидит шестерня в одометре (она не полностью использует глубину соприкасающейся поверхности), сделал ее немного другого вида.
Уже после разработки ее стал смотреть цены на такие детали и, конечно, «дофига-то». Разные сайты с манящими словами, что у них ультрапрочный пластик, пресс и все дела, не оказали на меня влияния.
У меня все просто. Пластик ABS, медленная печать, уверенное сцепление слоев. Деталь монолитная. Думаю, прослужит долго. Запас все равно есть.
Шестерню установил, зацеп отличный, все работает должным образом.
